EFCO designs, manufactures, and repairs various kinds of material handling equipment. We offer complimentary consulting services to our customers.

• SOUND STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS with liberal safety factors - afforded by high-strength welded tubing, composed of carefully selected raw metallurgical materials that meet or exceed industrial N.P. Standards. All tubing meets specifications of the Welded Steel Tube Institute.

• MODERN FABRICATING TECHNIQUES and production machinery utilized by skilled personnel resulting in superior workmanship. Continuous welds made at each joint.

• EXHAUSTIVE FINAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE - each finished piece of EFCO equipment undergoes thorough testing at our plant. It must meet our own exacting standards before shipment, assuring our customers maintenance-free units with a liberal safety factor.

THE KOCHAN FAMILY & EQUIPMENT FABRICATING CORP

The Kochan Family has been in the material handling industry since 1950. Founder of the company, Myron Kochan, moved his family from Chicago to the Bay Area to pursue the American Dream. He wanted to bring quality material handling products to the West Coast, helping businesses expand. 

He believed that making quality products that outlast the competition create a capital investment for you and further your business objectives. In 2020, he passed these strong beliefs on to his son, Mike Kochan, President of Equipment Fabricating Corp.

At the age of 12, Mike began working alongside his father, gaining an abundance of experience and knowledge of the industry. With over 50 years in the industry, his knowledge and experience surpass that of the competition.
